The Chief Administrator of African College Premier is the Chief Executive Officer (Principal).  He is responsible for the employment of staff and the attendant disciplinary procedures. He is assisted by two Directors of Studies, one for Management and Computer Science, and the other for the Senior High School.

The Directors of studies oversee the daily running of the college, and ensure that lecturers teach according to syllabi.  They are in charge of all academic affairs, and act as co-coordinators of the teaching staff and as liaison officers between the student body and the administration. 

The Director of Studies (Management and Computer Science) is also in charge of satellite campuses at strategic locations in Kumasi.
